Poor perfomance even when everything is set to the lowest setting possible

Issue Description:

No matter the setting I cant even keep a stable 50FPS let alone 60. Even cyberpunk 2077 ran better and for that I never had to resort to FSR. That ran at 60-50fps average on medium. This game cant even touch those numbers on lower than low with fsr.

Ive noticed that even when using FSR the performances changes very little. Im pretty convinced it might be the lack of proper shadow settings.

I also want to mention that when looking at the average hardware stats of steam the performance of this game is beyond saving. Your average gamer cant ever play this game at its current state.

The average GPU people run is a 1060 or a 2060 at most. No chance that they could even play this without massive drops in framerate.

This is all on top of horrendous stuttering.

Attempted Solutions:
Ive tried multiple settings and restarted the game multiple times.

Ive tried 1080p instead of 1440p but that doesnt help at all.

Platform:
Steam

On lowest possible settings on FullHD I get 15 FPS tops. For comparison, I play Vermintide 2 on 4K (mostly because it’s always been stable and thus I never bothered to change resolution), high graphical settings, 40-50 FPS with no noticable dips.
This is unplayable, despite being above minimum specs, it’s a complete mess. I was looking forward to playing, now I am considering to request a refund.

1080p (should be 165hz, but as far as I can tell GSync isn’t working, lots of horizontal tearing)

Dogshit performance/optimization.

At least specify your PC specs and the average framerate you have. IF they read this they can at least see that most people expect more from the systems they have.

So, I bought an RTX 3060 now in a kind of kneejerk reaction. Wanted to upgrade at some point anyway, but I do not appreciate to be pressured into it by a game that by the information available when I bought it I should be able to play but can’t. Anyway, whatever.
Now my NVIDIA driver tells me I am below minimum specs.
Yo, this GPU series (RTX 30) is sold in the Darktide NVIDIA promo. One would assume it to be sufficient.

Well, hard-uninstalling the driver again, restarting the PC a few times, and reinstalling, solved at least the “below minimum” problem. Pure driver problem, as hoped and assumed (but I will never take anything for granted any more with this game). Will still leave this here for a laugh.
And the game runs smoothly now. That’s something.

Absolutely horrendous performance, even with everything set to low/off. Struggles to hit 60 fps @ 1080p even in the hub.

Most maps sit around 50 fps, but the second I encounter more than a few enemies I’m dropping to <30 fps.

I know the 2600 is the minimum requirement, but I’m never really hitting full usage of either the CPU or GPU.

I can ultra settings other games and get well above 60 fps on even the most demanding stuff. Red Dead, Modern Warfare, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Total Warhammer 3, Forza, all just fine.

The fact that the System Requirements state to expect a 6800 XT or RTX 3060 to only hit 60 fps @ 1080p is crazy to me. Paired with a decent CPU, those cards do 60 fps at 1440p Ultra easy or even get close to (or over) 60 fps at 4k. Insanity.

Feels bad man.
