Very poor perfomance even on the lowest settings

I have updated my drivers, and the game runs great for either like 20 minutes or a hour or 2 when sudden its starts hitching. No other apps are open on my PC so that’s not the cause.

Game is installed on my NVME

Only thing I’m lacking for the recommended settings is an i7 CPU, but that shouldn’t matter if I’m setting to the lowest setting. My PC runs cyberpunk2077 at 87 fps on ultra.
i tried turning the active cores in the launcher from 13 to 14 and there was no difference.

oh another thing unrelated to the game. i just made an account here on these forums and i tried 2 web browsers, Brave browser and Microsoft Edge Canary, but neither of them would let me click on anything on the page after i entered the web link. finally i tried Firefox and it lets me. this isn’t the first game that had this issue i think New-world forums also did this and Firefox was the answer. i wonder whats causing this issue? brave browser has a lot of security built into it so maybe that’s the cause?
