It’s funny, I actually asked for a shirtless Ogryn option a couple of weeks ago, but I got to play today too late to actually have the option. I hope it comes back officially.

I also think they should leave the shirtless option in. It lets you show off the tatoos that are mostly hidden normally. It also looks cool having a mad shirtless ogryn beating heretics to death with a club.

You don’t. It exists because when they changed the penances they took away chest items that you earned. Not all of them just the ones from the penances they changed.
I really hate it when dev houses do this. I earned it let me keep it.
And yes we need a shirtless option

I’d go one further - Please keep the shirtless option and re-do the upper torso skin to be as messed up and covered in scars as the faces are! Having the Zealot’s back covered in scars from self-flagellation would be totally in line with their character.
Call it the “Catachan” skin and sell it for credits at teh operative cosmetics. Make it the 165,000 tier.
oh. I just saw what got -re-set and messed up the cosmetics giving me topless. My “Abhor the Mutant” achievement got reset. Big oof. I hope that gets fixed, some of those were a PITA.

Imagine best skin on the skins patch resulting from a bug. They will likely remove it too 
Considering the general feedback (regarding the skin-skin and the update in general) it would be wise to keep it in.
I would bet on them going out once the bug is corrected and hopefully coming back for the may content drop
