I am writing to you for the second time since you did not respond to my first bug report. During the game, various braking and chopping occur. It also happens that my character that I am playing with without pressing the keyboard or mouse moves by itself to the left or right, or backwards as you can see in the video. It also happens that I can’t fire my weapon for a second or two. That’s the best I can write for you. I tested with other games on their servers and everything was fine, to check my internet. Since I’m a hardcore fan of the game and almost a professional player … this is a HUGE PROBLEM for me.
Please, but please watch the video I posted below this text, especially the very end. Such bugs are common when playing any class and on any map. Everything started happening 5 or 6 days ago. I don’t know if the problem is with my computer or with the responsiveness of your servers. Otherwise, I play on European servers.So please help me to fix this problem. I am open to any solutions you have in mind.

I used to get behaviours like this. It turned out to be dog hair accumulating under the key caps of my G915. Lifting them and scrubbing everything with a toothbrush fixed the issue.
It cannot be a problem with the keyboard because if you watch closely you can see the other players also lagging around at the exact same time. Its very noticable just after 8 mins in when the mauler and bot fighting each other are lagging.
This is lag, pure and simple. The main issue is: whats causing it.
Sorry to hear about your issues. As mentioned above, this is lag but it can be challenging to pinpoint what the cause is. Could you see how it responds if you change your matchmaking region via the Mission Terminal?
I tried playing on American and Asia North and I have lag on both. Do you have any advice on what I should do as the problems started 6 or 7 days ago on their own…until then everything was perfect
Have you tried other games and network performance in general? Has something changed on your home network or router in the last week? Tried restarting switches, routers, etc.?
If you’re not using it, disabling IPv6 on your NIC can increase performance if there’s no need to use dual stack.
See if this returns an issue^
See when windows updates were applied by date, look at the KB notes as those could have changed something too.
Actually, the first thing I did was to check the internet speed and ping, and through the website you sent me, I connected directly to the Swedish servers to see the upload and download and everything was ok.
I would double check any windows patches. See if any of the dates align with when you noticed issues. Could validate game files. Try other online games (different types of apps will use your bandwidth differently) to see if its similar.
Load into the Hub and see what other apps may be using your network in task manager.
