As said before, loading screen is the only downtime to say stupid stuff, and the shop, contracts etc. is where most people spend their time in the hall.
They need to hear CHTUL.

I bet they haven’t done it yet / won’t do it cause the engine can’t do it.
PPle have been asked for it since V1.
