Plasmagun VS Carapace weakspot BUG

Issue Description:
Plasmagun can no longer do weakspot damage to carapace armored enemies as of patch 15. (Crusher and Mauler)

Steps to Reproduce:
I, and 4 others, have attempted to shoot Crushers and maulers in the head (weakspot) in the grinder with a plasmagun to get the telltale orange, and higher, damage number. The only displayed hits were white for normal or yellow for random crits. I have also seen a marked increase in time to kill for both maulers and crushers in missions leading me to believe this isn’t a grinder only bug. Plasmaguns register weakpoint hits on all other armor types. We also tested charged shots through bulwark slab shields and found we could not get weakpoint damage until the shield was nocked away and a clear line of sight to the head was available. We are not sure if this is related or a different bug.

All other weapons display weakspot damage correctly, though we didn’t test every single pattern thoroughly.
