Enemy Mechanics
Plasma gun was updated in Patch #8 to shoot through bulwark shield (a good change imo). This seems to have been removed in the latest update but is not in the patch notes so I assume it is a bug. If a nerf, please do it another way!
Yep! I just noticed this in the Psykanium too 
Pretty sure this is a stealth nerf. Very annoyed that it’s stealth. Should’ve also allowed charged shots to penetrate still.
more likely they were testing out nerfs and accidently didn’t fully revert. As it stands without even charged attacks going through or staggering (unless you get a crit), it seems more like they never finished what they were trying out then a stealth intentional nerf.
