Plasma gun charged shot doesn't pierce cover

Plasma gun’s left click pierces cover and walls. The right click charged shot doesn’t.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip Plasma Gun and enter mission or Psykhanium
  2. Fire at enemy behind wall or cover with left-click and charged right-click
  3. Realize only the left-click pierces the wall
