Pinpointing target on GG special not working correctly

Issue Description:
Pinpointing target blessing is not really working on Grenadier Gauntlet’s special attack.

a fully charged special should have increased dmg about 45%, yet it’s merely 10%. Maybe it only counts on the melee part of the attack but not the explosion?

Yes. The Bonus is only applied to the melee hit. Not the explosion.
