Pinpoint targetting not working

Issue Description:

The blessing Pinpoint Targetting only works on the punch, it does not affect the explosion, only the punch. It should affect explosion because it is a part of the special attack.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Get a grenade gauntlet with pinpoint targetting blessing and another one without (blast damage % should be equal)
  2. Go to psykanium and meat grinder
  3. Charge a special attack of a grenade gauntlet with and without pinpoint targetting
  4. See damage value of explosion part of the grenade gauntlet special and that it is equal regardless if you have pinpoint targetting or not.
