Pinpointing Target blessing not working

Issue Description (Required):

Pinpointing Target blessing stacks not increasing damage.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Use Subductor Shotpiston and Riot Shield with Pinpointing Target blessing on it.
  2. It has same damage without and with stacks from blessing.

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
