I have had this bug constantly happen 5+ times in a row at items before and if you are trying to juggle items with bots to get the correct inventory it gets significantly worse, In a 40-70 min game it can happen 100+ times: 8-9 patches since the pvp patch broke tagging/pinging so why is there still no fix for it yet?
