Piercing Shot Incorrect ult level in UI after headshot

Issue Description (Required):

Piercing shots have a 100% cooldown on headshots, but this 100% cooldown is incorrectly shown in the UI (the bar stays empty instead of being full).

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play as Waystalker with the Piercing Shot ult.
  2. Get an ult headshot.
    (Check the bar afterward.)

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Constant (100%)
