Honestly, w/ Psykers specifically, I feel like there will continue being problems w/ the Power and Balance of the class until FS addresses that particular Class’s emphasis on DoT Generation. Their skill tree relies very heavily on it as does their most problematic weapon. You can’t really fix one without addressing the other. Really, I think that DoT’s as a whole need to be overhauled, in part because every Class save Zealot is over reliant on DoT and Bonuses For/From Elites and Specials.
