Perpetual (Red) Weapons, and Stat and Lock Changes!

I’m perplexed that they still haven’t given us reds yet. Even if they did 400 stats (80-80-80-80-80), it wouldn’t break anything. They could even keep the bad RNG stats and blessings if they made the availability high. Make turn Melk’s trash shop into a red shop. There are so many ways they could do it, but at the very minimum, give us red 400 base power items.

Ideally the reds would be fully customizable. Though the reds would have to be somewhat rare and expensive to upgrade/alter. Either way, that would encourage players to grind more for that perfect item. I know I would.

I’m dropping the game and deleting my characters if that ever happens took me 500 hours to get 2 usable main weapons and 3 melee weapons(ALL of the same type) no way in hell im putting 1.5 more just for 99.9% of my gear to brick at orange instead of purple now.
It is so stupid to have a skill based game where the crafting is rng.
Imagine if CSGO had you randomly buy a revolver with one bullet less. how is this acceptable in a game where one missed dodge either kills you or puts you at 10% hp?

Would be neat if we had caps to reds per character, like 1 melee, 1 range, and 1 curio. You could custom craft and tune every weapon stat, perk, and blessing with maxed goodies. Huge plasteel and diamantine cost. Slots recovered if you dissolve.
