I would really like that too, but I don’t think there will be a stream. At least FS has usually announced the streams with some advance notice and I’m pretty sure they decided against it this time for obvious reasons…
I still have a sneaking suspicion that they will be streaming. Giveaways have usually been done through streams, and considering the amount of people asking for development info on all the forums, I figure a stream is a high possibility.
I also saw the Fatshark account of Steam briefly go on Vermintide 2 yesterday. I’m thinking it may be preparations for a stream. They might be making sure everything is working since it has been some time since the last stream.
But it might just me being overly hopeful. In any case, we’ll see on the 8th of March. ^^

We might not have gotten a stream, but two teaser videos, the release month of Chaos Wastes and the other various info we got are more than enough to satisfy me. ^^

Again the same problems with regional currency and Steam rules that were last year for the 5th Anniversary? Wasn’t it easier to make a discount separately for each Premium Hat DLC?
As I remember, I bought “red” skins for V1 with a small discount separately. Exept the Estalian skin for Victor - I bought this one instantly without any discount. Nobody expect Estalian Inquisition, right?
