A little clarity of the intent of changes would give beta testers a quantifiable outcome to test for.

Hear me out please. I think the best choice to rework Natural bond is to take it LIVE version, allow green healing from all sources, and reduce it in half (exept Kerillian health regen). So, all sources of green health (healing supplies, heal share) will give you twice less health. You still can be healed up to full health if it needed, but it will take twice more healing supplies. Or you can use healing supplies one time and wait until other part of health will regen. So, Natural bond still will be demanding to player skill, but less punishing for squishy classes, thus it will be usable not for tough classes only. If test will show, that Natural bond with twice reduced healing is still too effective, you can always reduce it further.

What if Barkskin will reduce incoming hit damage constantly, but not in percent, but in fixed amount? For example 5 damage? It will reduce incoming damage from weak enemies hits, but do almost nothing against high damage hits from elite and bosses. So, you can choose to heal more or take less damage?
