Issue Description:
Settings menu in launcher complains that Nvidia Frame Generation is not enabled. I asks me to enable Hardware-Accelarated GPU Scheduling in Windows. I have done so. It still complains. I have just installed the latest Nvidia driver as of writing this post (version 546.17).
Error Displayed (If Applicable):
Warning: Nvidia Frame Generation is not enabled. Hardware-Accelarated GPU Scheduling needs to be enabled in Windows.

Click play on Steam. Click Settings menu in launcher.
