You need to give them more information than that. Which map did it occur on? Which boss if it was Skittergate, etc.

On the “hunger in the dark” map for example, the hook rats and leeches can pull you into those wooden green-glowing doors behind the bell, where the other trolls come out after you defeat the boss troll at the end.
