Packmaster can place heroes out of bounds

In addition to the already mentioned bugs, the Packmaster can catch a hero while being in an inaccessible place, or shortly before moving to an inaccessible place (including teleports like in the final event of the Righteous Stand map)

Well known and not a bug

For versus it’s the same not an offense but etiquette would demand not doing it.

Well known yet its a bug. Going out of bounds while disabled is not an intended game mechanic, thus, by definition, it’s a bug. Packmasters don’t just drag you there, they teleport you to clip the wall.

No one asked about versus here, but it was confirmed by fatshark that it’s a bug in versus as well. Read old posts and reports. And well, they tried to fix it.

You can also see some older reports with « acknowledged » tag where people show exact places where they were hooked oob on campaign maps since fs has said many times that they fix locally, similar with enemies that spawn right in front of you.

he also didnt ask about any other mode, hence i replied to both possibilities.

well my memory is that this specific thing was asked in stream and the dev specified that its indeed not a bug.
