Issue Description (Required):
Veteran having a Talent called Onslaught and a Talent called Onslaught unnecessarily makes things confusing. Especially when talking to teammates and the like. The constant need to ask them to specify what they are talking about is bothersome.
I would suggest to rename the Talent into Onrush. Or the Onslaught Blessing into Capacitor.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Open Veteran Talent tree, look for Onslaught blessing 2 nodes above the Right Keystone along the rightmost path, and compare it with the Helbore Blessing Onslaught.

Not two talents with same name.
One talent and one blessing.
Not a blessing in the talent tree.
A talent in the talent tree.
And a blessing for the weapon.
Furthermore why the hell is this in “bugs” rather than gameplay feedback or almost anything else that would make more sense 
Because in the past these sort of name changes were part of Hotfixes. See for example Hotfix 27, where one of the Fixed Bugs was:

Fixed an issue where multiple talents in the Veteran tree were named “Always Prepared”.
The “+25% Ammo” talent is now named “Fully Loaded”.
"
Thus i concluded that his is considered a bug and not feedback. As i very much doubt it is intentional for multiple things to have the same name.
