Do you have any console logs that you could upload, from sessions where you’ve attempted to complete this Penance?

Timestamps in the log names might help you identify what’s what.

This is happening to me too. I just want those pants man

Happened to me yesterday. It actually showed me the penance and its reward being unlocked during the exfiltration cutscene, but once i checked in the Mourningstar it was still at 5/8. Ive tried doing it again a few times and it does not get completed.
