One in the Chamber Penance will NOT advance past 5 kills

Issue Description:
after the latest update the one in the chamber penance will not advance past 5 kills. I have tried accomplishing it with almost every weapon i have available. revolvers, bolt guns, laz guns, lucius patterns, shotguns, etc… none work.

I suspect whatever monitors the penance in game has not been updated to continue counting past the initial 5 kills.

Signal boosting this, because I have the same bug. Just spent a match deliberately trying to play in such a way as to get as many kills as possible with the last round in my clip to confirm the problem wasn’t me; progress is still stuck at 5 of 8.
