On the default skin for the ogryn power maul the activation button is clearly there, with the character switching it on. However on the other skins, Branx Minor Forge-Livery, Crucis Nightshade Camo, and Fire Wastes Camo (which all have the same model just different colours) there seems to be no activation button and the character simply presses nothing. This seems to be due to the fact that those skins use the maul from the battle maul and slab shield which has no activation mechanic.
This may also be the case with Bolg’s Special Power Maul (which is currently on sale in Commodore’s Vestures) as it too lacks any buttons but I am unable to check.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Set the ogryn power maul to any skin other than the standard appearance
Go into a mission
Activate the weapon’s special feature
