Ogryn feat 'Raging bull' doesn't apply for next attack when it applied to previous attack. And it doesn't work for multiple target

Issue Description:
Ogryn feat ‘Raging bull’ doesn’t apply for next attack when it applied to previous attack. And if you are hitting multiple targets, it doesn’t work for 2nd, or 3d target. Is it intended? If so, I think Ogryn needs some serious rework.

Yeah this is a big one, it completely invalidates a potentially big damage boost for Ogryn.
