Issue Description (Required):
Sometimes in the middle of a combo of heavy attacks with the cleaver, it charges permanently and will not release at all, preventing any other action from being taken. Has happened twice in the last 3 hours.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Heavy attack combo into large crowd, mix in punches and slides, eventually it just permanent charges and will not release. Not sure on exactly what triggers it.
