Issue Description (Required):
Upon talking the first node in BLO, you gain the benefit of the Heat of Battle talent, where your fire rate increases per stack. This occurs even if Heat of Battle isn’t equipped in addition to only using the first node of BLO and no others.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
I tested this thoroughly in the Psykanium (this also occurs on every mission I’ve done), I unequipped and reequipped every talent in the Burst Limiter Override keystone, and have deducted that the problem is related to the damage stacks given by BLO, since Heat of Battle piggybacks off of those.
The video in the Reddit post I provided shows me firing normally; with only BLO equipped, then getting 10 stacks, and then firing again much faster than usual, also with only BLO.
