Nvidia driver 522.25 best for this game
With nvidia driver 522.25 i get 65-75 fps, while with driver 526.98 only 45-50.
My config: I7 12700k, 32GB DDR5 5600, RTX 3090
Can you send me your user_settings.config file and your launcher log?

I got back from the team that it’s possible that one of your settings may have reset to default or just get messed up after updating your driver, causing the decrease in performance. DLSS being automatic is the main suspect.
Can you confirm that you notice this difference even with absolutely all settings being the same?
