Nuncio Aquila should have a better name when taken as an augmented version in the talent tree

The Nuncio Aquila should not be called the same as the base ability and the augmented version (via talents). I suggest calling it Word of the Emperor, Voice of Terra, Voice of the Imperium, Voice of the Lex (Voice or Word), Nuncio Lex, Pax Imperialis, etc. Something with a pinch of epic.

Also, it should have more inspiring voice lines when augmented by talent. Loads of RP potential there, please help us out Fatshark!
