I once completed this penance while playing on Heresy difficulty. I had the “How Did I Get That?” mod installed, and it honestly showed, when hovering over the relevant frame, that the condition was not met. Today, I completed the Mortis Trial on Auric difficulty. I did not touch the medicae station, and I’m confident I didn’t replenish ammunition (I’m not 100% sure about this, as other players at the base dropped ammo crates and I might have accidentally picked something up, although I don’t think so). However, upon completing the mission, I found that the condition is still not met. I’m puzzled as to why. For example, if I picked up an ammo crate or a portable medkit and placed it at the base, does that count as a violation? If I gained health from a portable medkit, is that a violation? If I have a talent that replenishes ammunition (including possibly a temporary talent from the Mortis Trial), is that a violation? If I was knocked out and revived by another player, is that a violation?
Can you please check my most recent game and determine what I did wrong and clearly state what should be avoided to obtain this achievement? And please remove from my inventory this frame that I received as a result of a bug.
