You can get this penance on any difficulty even though it says it requires Auric.
Using the Health Station does not prevent the penance being successful.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Beat Mortis Trials on Uprising without using ammo boxes or ammo pickups.
DO Heal at health station. DO Pick up grenades. Feel free to use health packs (as intended?).
Get Penance.
