'No Guts, No Glory' Blessing Does Nothing

This is supposed to be ‘+50% Toughness Regeneration per second for Xs on Elite Special Action Hit.’ But since it just affects coherency regen and melee combat overrides this, it can’t activate (and even if it did it would be trash, coherency regen was only good when it was bugged to +150% per curio perk). Can we swap it to an actual buff of some sort?

It does function if you hit a gunner because they don’t take up a melee slot and as such don’t disable coherency regen. That’s presumably the literal sole test the devs did on this. Just adding info, not disagreeing it’s obviously bugged in the way you described ontop of being severely undertuned.
