"New Weapon" Indicator When There Is None

Issue Description:
The “Operative” page have the “New Weapon” indicator lit while there is no new weapon. This can happen to both primary and secondary.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Buy weapon from the Ordo shop
  2. DO NOT open player inventory
  3. Consecrate bought weapon to blue tier
  4. Earn blessing thereby destroying that weapon
  5. Now the indicator is lit and cannot be dismissed

I have the exact same experience as OP, just chiming in. Same method to reproduce.
