New mark IV shotgun blessing "both barrels" does nothing

As the title says, the tier 4 version of the blessing doesn’t do anything at all when you fire both barrels, even into a horde where it scored multiple kills

just for reference it is supposed to give a 70% reload speed buff to the next reload when you score a kill by firing both barrels

So i’ve realise the perk works but it doesn’t speed up the animation at all, it just allows you to fire before you’re halfway through the reload animation
