Issue Description (Required):

The blessing does function as it should, it will give the reload boost, but the animation of reloading does not increase. If your character has reload talents then the animation will increase. However once in the psychanium the animation will play properly.
I'll have two videos, one showing the animation working correctly in the psychanium, and the other the animation playing wrong in a live game.
