New cosmetics indicator seems bugged

I haven’t gone and equipped every possible cosmetic to see if that would fix it, but I have gone through every window (including emotes, stances, accessories, etc.) to see if there was anything new.

It’s just the little shiny light next to cosmetics at the top of the inventory/operative menu.

Stays there forever atm.
