Might be for a new mode, or to remove assignment from the current map selection doodad.
Not Chaos waste though, too early for that, some Survival/Defence mode or something.

i really don’t like this character at all, she deserted her post to hide on board of an inquisitorial ship to boss around servitors, how is she even allowed to the vox, she is just a visitor
she talks like those short people who are livid about their condition but ends up sounding less imposing than your next Mazozi
yet another bad written character with no character, plus i don’t remember women having orkish jawlines like that back in schola progenium
my boy Rannik is hundred times more menacing than this clown, and all he has to do is to show up on his balcony every once in a while

I suppose we will be getting more Operation missions soon 
Something like those warframe missions could be cool, you get tons of resources the longer you hold out, with extraction opportunities sprinkled in. Could be a nice catch up for when you blow all your plasteel crafting powerlevel greens. Luckily I’ve stopped playing warframe before I lost my soul, but the itch to grind still lingers.

She’s probably the system’s PDF Commissar. One Commissar ‘overseeing’ an entire solar system’s worth of PDF isn’t uncommon.
Who cares? I’d rather they develop existing characters than constantly add new ones.

Well failing a mission technically means that we died, she should just add that small cherry on the top.
my take is that she was assigned to the regiment that was about to get hit by the train, and she just went on the morningtar asking for aid in person
once the operation is finished she should be returning with them, not sure if the devs plans to keep her on the ship though, since missions are somewhat stuck in time in darktide
