Needle Pistol cant properly proc blessings due to silly design re: DoT

DoT kills dont count as kills for many blessings and many talents, this is extra noticeable on the needle pistol where blessings like speedloader or glory hunter simply don’t work as the gun deals negligible direct dmg(what would proc blessings)

I had wondered about that lol. Weeeee bit of oversight here, probably to meet deadlines.
