fleeting memories is a penance that you can only get from mortis trials, the goal is to clear a malice mortis in less that 25 minutes. somebody please join me and help.
I recommend checking out the official Discord. There are often people in there looking to do or help with penances and LFG channels are broken out by region.
There are other servers out there, but that’s a reasonable place to start.
