My game feels slightly better, but still lags - Not AMD related

Issue Description (Required):

Performance is slightly better since my last post on here, but still unplayable for me, despite my PC being well above recommended setup.

I was on the experimental patch, which helped, kept deleting itself on start up. Complete reinstall since then.

Console Logs have been posted below, but willing to do more and provide video with/without MSI Afterburner stats.

  • Newest drivers
  • No in-game overlay
  • No Xbox game bar
  • Nothing else open or running in the background
  • Verified game files
  • Tried reinstall

  • Windows settings are all set up for max performance, including Power

Same. It still microstutters all over the place but it’s a bit better.

Added specs and more info.

LMK if you want a console log or recordings with MSI afterburner or anything. I’ve posted some before.

Noticed it’s not stuttering like the game app is lagging, it’s like the graphics is lagging. Movement looks like stop-motion.

In the Lobby I’m getting 50% CPU usage.

I can record with MSI Afterburner, but I have no idea which info is relevant to show.

Changed settings. For some reason the NVIDIA settings on the GeForce Experience was different.

It’s slighty better over all, but there’s still lag spikes throughout gameplay.

Noticeable lag:

  • New area
  • New spawns
  • Fire

And then with Global Illumination turned off (for some reason performance settings on NVIDIA turn it on High):
