My friends say they have weekly quests, I haven't had any since the summer event

Issue Summary: I haven’t been given weekly quests in months

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. log in
  2. look at weekly quests, check respawn timer
  3. when respawn timer rolls over, see that it says no weekly quests

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Constant (100%)

You need the addon for weekly quests + there are just weeklies for 2 weeks.
