More than 100 Heavenly Tribulation Chests I had saved up suddenly disappeared when I was about to open them.

@Ma_Li our backend developers have investigated and checked your account data in the backend, however everything appears to be correct.
Unfortunately, based on their findings there isn’t anything further we are able to do in this case.
