See the attached screenshot. The blue animated parts of the Moonfire bow are not visible from the outside of the Waystone area when Kerilian is inside.
The engine might not support a fix for this, you have two semi-transparent textures and they typically have a sorting priority.
Generally, the bow would be in the foreground and the bridge of shadows would be behind it.
3rd person has changed which is where and the result is that the bow texture isn’t rendered (the transparent part at least).
