Monstrous Specialists modifier bugged

The “Monstrous specialists” modifier (chances that specialists become weaker monstrosities) often spawns regular bosses instead of weakened ones

Could it be that they are normal monstrosities(not specials which are then converted into baby monsters) are spawning? also do you have any proof like screenshots, videos, hell even a console log? I’m sure that would help Fatshark in identifying the issue.

With this modifier, i have seen multiple cases of 2 monsters with regular hp being up at the same time, without pulling the first monster out of its own spawn area.

Without this modifier, i have never seen that happen.
(Edit: i just saw it yesterday in damnation HI+STG investigation at the spawn point right after the first med station)

Can confirm this as well. Every game I’ve played with the Monstrous Specialists modifier active has resulted in a much higher number of regular strength monstrosities appearing, and often two at once. It’s certainly entertaining, but the thrill is somewhat ruined when you get robbed of victory because two full strength Beasts of Nurgle spawn in during the end finale (we did manage to kill them, but not before one teammate was killed and the remaining three had +90% of their health corrupted by all the vomit).
