Mobs on Non-Existing Bridge at Festring Ground

I’ve managed to record a bug so old that it might be considered a feature that, as far as I know, had never been reported before.
As we all know, there’s a bridge that falls down after the first group of buboes gets destroyed in the final event of Festering Ground. And sometimes (aka almost always) enemies spawn on the surface where bridge falls before it even happens.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play Festering Ground.
  2. Get to the final event area.
  3. See enemies levitating (they fall after getting damaged or staggered).

Here’s a small of sack rat standing at nothing:

P.S. This is the first time for me when sack rat spawns there during a quite significant amount of time I play this game.
P.P.S. Doesn’t the fact that sack rat spawns there mean that monsters and patrols can appear in this place too? I’m not talking about Twitch or other mods, just vanilla stuff.
