Mission difficulty penances not unlocked

All my mission penances didn’t unlock even though I did all or most of the missions up to damnation. Is this a bug or is there a fix anyone knows about? I really don’t wanna go back down to sedition and work my way back up again with lvl 30 characters.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Login
2. Go to penance tab

It didn’t track mission clear status prior to this update. You don’t have to complete on each individual difficulty, clearing a mission on Auric Damnation will unlock all achievements for lower difficulties as well.
