Missing weapons and illusions from forgotten relics pack

After I bougth this dlc. I got serveral notices popped out to inform me that I got someting. But I never got the red weapons and only some weapons with power 5. I tried the way you mentioned in

by restarting steam client several times. It didn’t work.
