I was checking my portrait frame recently and noticed that my Fangtastic Fortitude frame is gone, I am sure that I have the frame because I even asked a friend who has that frame to spread it to me during the event. Is this normal? There might be other frames missing too but this is the one that I am 100% sure went missing. Is it possible to get it back?
Send in a support ticket here so you can send them the relevant information and hopefully they will be able to investigate whatever is going on and possibly retrieve your items.
