I didn’t get a picture of this because it happened so fast so a verbal description will have to suffice.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Play Excise Vault. When you get partway through the map there is a health station just before a door that leads outside. When you follow the stairs down you are presented with two paths, you can turn to the left and go down the regular stairs, or you can turn to the right and drop over a railling into a “closet” area. This area was renovated in the recent patch.
One of the walls (I don’t know exactly which one) inside the new “closet” area is missing level geometry. When I was fighting in there I dodged backwards into a wall and fell straight through to my death.
