Restore an Item
Hello, I’ve just noticed now after however many months that I’ve completed the ‘Good Killing Machine’ (pet the dog) penance reward frame. It shows complete in my penance board but the reward remains locked.
I’m on PC and I’ve tried petting the dog again, logging in and out after doing so, verifying game files, and clearing / resetting app data to no avail.
Can you please unlock the portrait frame for me? Thanks in advance!

Thanks @Darrow, we checked your account, and the portrait frame reward ‘Malocator’ appears to be present and equipped in a loadout.
A server-side issue, or stale client cache could have resulted in the Penance reward appearing to not be claimed - though from what we see it does appear to have been granted. Could you please check again? Thanks!

Hm, could you please share a screenshot of what you see in-game? Also, just to check are you using any mods? In case mods are interfering and potentially showing anything invalid/unreleased.
Backend data is showing to me that the Penance reward appears to be the Malocator portrait frame, and that Leashmaster does not have any granted reward instances. It’s possible that something is amiss, but when I checked in-game, this is what I currently see:
Weird. In my cosmetics menu the portrait is called ‘Leashmaster’ and says it sfrom ‘Good Killing Machine’. Looking at the penance board, I do see the reward for ‘Good Killing Machine’ is indeed ‘Malocator’. I do have several mods including ‘Character Cosmetics View Improved’ so maybe that’s the problem. If this portrait isn’t in game (yet) then feel free to close the thread / disregard.
Ah yeah, that’s unusual! I suspect it’ll be mod-related as to why what we’re seeing differs. If you temporarily disable your mods, does the Penance reward then change?
To confirm, from what I can see, backend data indicates ‘Malocator’ as this Penance reward, and that ‘Leashmaster’ hasn’t been released/granted to any players presently.
